SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Times We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are between 3 and 6 business days. Please note that these are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is included automatically when you purchase two items under our BOGO offer.

Order Tracking Every order includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at luvandiuk@use.startmail.com and we will send you a brand new replacement at no additional cost. We want every Luvandi customer to receive their order in perfect condition.
